Since the second day of the full-scale invasion, the Borderlands Group has done one thing: stand between the builders of the West and the defenders of Ukraine, and make each real to the other. We have taken more than fifteen defense companies into the war — to the units, the ministries, the test ranges, and the front.
Our team includes senior Ukrainian defense-industry leadership and retired general officers. When General Petraeus comes to Ukraine, we help arrange his high-level visits. When the Minister of Defense wanted to know whether America would send tanks, we were in the room.1
What exists
The Ukraine Readiness Assessment. Three working sessions with our senior team, ending in a one-on-one with me, built around one question: is your product — and your company — ready for the crucible, and what exactly would it take? You leave with the honest written map of your path into Ukraine, whether you ever work with us again or not. Every serious engagement begins here.
Deployment. Our done-for-you work, run in person from Kyiv: assess, comply, introduce, test, establish. Premium, network-backed, for companies ready to really get somewhere in Ukraine. We put ourselves on the line with you — side by side, under the same sky. Deployment is a serious commitment on both sides, and we don't sell it on a webpage.
Basic Training for Founders. For the earlier stage — the founders still raising their first round. A private working channel with me, my co-founders, and our specialists in Ukraine, and two open working calls with the team every week. We help you raise it. Then we take you in.
None of these carry prices here, and none carry buy buttons. Prices are filters, not offers — we never discount, and the right way in is the same for everyone: watch the talk, join the list, and the doors appear when you're ready for them. What we refuse
War tourists. Percentage-only deals — if you don't pay for it, you don't put in the time to make it work. Certifying anything we didn't witness. And any version of Ukraine as a path to riches rather than a path to service — the riches follow the service, never the reverse.
Where the money goes
Ten percent of all profits from my work fund the Borderlands Foundation — building the largest veterans' charity in Ukraine: the Ukraine Military History Institute and the Ukraine Center for Traumatic Stress, led by Ukrainian veterans, built to outlive all of us.2 Our clients don't just enter Ukraine. They fund the people who defended it.
